The Park at McCarran Recognized as Industrial Development of the Year

We are pleased to announce that The Park at McCarran was recognized as Industrial Development of the Year at the NAIOP Northern Nevada CRE Awards on March 2, 2024. 

The Park at McCarran, which features 1.35 million square feet of state-of-the-art logistics space, was the result of many dedicated individual contributors, including Nevada Region Partner, John Ramous. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, The Park at McCarran was completed in two and a half years, thanks to the work of our partners: design-builder United Construction Company and Locus Development Group.

NAIOP also awarded Industrial Build to Suit of the Year to The Park at McCarran, Building 1. This 997,000-square-foot build-to-suit logistics facility for The Ames Companies was brought to fruition by Dermody Properties and Locus Development Group. 

Headquartered in Reno, Nev., Dermody Properties takes pride in contributing to Nevada’s growing industrial market and economic success.
