Dermody is pleased to announce that Reno AirLogistics Park was awarded Speculative Industrial Building of the Year at the 2026 NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Awards in Reno, Nevada. Dermody was recognized as the developer of the project, with United Construction recognized alongside Dermody as the general contractor. Presented annually by NAIOP Northern Nevada, the Commercial Real Estate Awards recognize the region’s most impactful development projects and industry leaders.
Located at 13000 & 13005 Moya Blvd. in Reno, Nevada, Reno AirLogistics Park offers state-of-the-art, Class A logistics facilities designed to serve distribution, e-commerce, aeronautical and research and development users adjacent to the Reno-Stead Airport. The park’s two buildings total more than 1.1 million square feet and are built for operational efficiency and scalability, featuring 36’ clear heights, ample dock-high doors, trailer parking and modern power capacity to support advanced logistics operations. Building 2 (approximately 468,740 square feet) is available now, and Building 1 (approximately 654,500 SF) is available for build-to-suit.
“The beauty of the Reno AirLogistics Park is that it is in an infill location in the North Valleys, designed to attract a diversified industry base and offering the foremost work-live environment,” said Pearce Dermody, Senior Vice President at Dermody. “The majority of people in this industry have a long commute, which will not be the case at Reno AirLogistics Park.”
Reno AirLogistics Park reflects Dermody’s long-term commitment to the North Valleys, where Dermody has invested significantly in the region’s infrastructure including the completion of the Moya Boulevard extension, a privately funded roadway that connects Lear Boulevard to Military Road and unlocks more than 900 acres of logistics and advanced manufacturing real estate. With more than 70,000 households in the greater Reno-Sparks communities and a skilled labor force of 100,000 within 10 miles, the park is strategically positioned to bring quality jobs closer to where people live.
