Dermody Announces Acquisition of LogistiCenter® at 110

Dermody is pleased to announce a new addition to its Southern California Region logistics real estate portfolio with the acquisition of 8.95 acres located at 18455 Figueroa St. in Los Angeles. The site, formerly home to the headquarters of Faraday Future, the electric vehicle company, will be redeveloped as LogistiCenter® at 110, a ground-up, Class A logistics facility totaling 180,705 square feet. 

Located in the highly supply-constrained South Bay submarket, LogistiCenter® at 110 benefits from a close proximity to the 110 freeway and the Port of Los Angeles. The new facility will deliver a modern logistics location to meet strong demand in the South Bay area.

LogistiCenter® at 110 will be a state-of-the-art cross-dock logistics facility featuring 36-foot clear height, 21 dock positions and a 4,000-amp electrical design, all specifications purpose-built for modern e-commerce fulfillment, distribution and warehousing operations.

The property was acquired from Rexford Industrial, a company Dermody first built a relationship with after the closing of LogistiCenter® at Eastvale in 2022, and marketed by the CBRE National Partners team.
