August 10, 2011 – Winpak Portion Packaging Inc., a multi-national packaging manufacturing company, acquired 28.9 acres at the LogistiCenter at Sauk Village from DP Properties Inc., parent company of DP Partners for $2.32 million, or about $80,280 per acre.
