Awarded to Nonprofits Annually
At Dermody Properties, we believe it is our responsibility to share our success with the communities in which we do business. The Dermody Properties Thanksgiving Capstone Award began in 2008 as a way to say “thank you” to a community that helps our business thrive. Each year during the Thanksgiving season, Dermody Properties makes a substantial donation to one or more nonprofit organizations to help them continue their good works throughout the holiday season.
Our first capstone gift was dedicated to the Food Bank of Northern Nevada (FBNN) to help them open their new facility – a 60,000 square foot distribution center that allowed them to begin distributing 6 million pounds of food per year.
Dermody Properties continues to support and give back to our communities through initiatives like the Thanksgiving Capstone Award.
