Dermody Properties Welcomes Kathleen S. Briscoe as Partner, Chief Capital Officer

Dermody Properties has hired Kathleen S. Briscoe as Partner, Chief Capital Officer. Briscoe is responsible for all aspects of the company’s capital strategy and execution, including asset management, institutional capital raising activities, structuring of commingled funds and joint ventures. She is also a member of the company’s Executive Committee and Investment Committee.

Briscoe has more than 30 years of experience in the institutional real estate investment management business. Prior to joining Dermody Properties, she held senior consulting and management positions at a number of real estate investment companies, including Lowe Enterprises Investment Management, Inc; IDS Real Estate; Crosswater Advisors; and served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Investment Officer for real estate at Cordia Capital Management.
