Dermody Properties Hires Real Estate Associate in East Region

K. Nicole Cantor recently joined the Dermody Properties team as a Real Estate Associate in our East Region Office, which is located in Chatham, New Jersey.

Cantor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Dermody Properties’ East Region Office, supporting all development, marketing and property management activities in the region.

“I am excited to join a company as committed to customer service and quality as Dermody Properties,” said Cantor. “The company has a reputation for providing excellent customer service and state-of-the-art facilities, and I look forward to supporting its continued growth in the East.”

Prior to joining Dermody Properties, Cantor held management and analyst positions at JPMorgan Chase, GMAC Commercial Mortgage and Merrill Lynch. In these roles, she was responsible for financial analysis, coordinating due diligence and underwriting data, developing trading documents and financial statements, and working with rating agencies and auditors.
