Dermody Announces New Addition to Northwest Region Portfolio, LogistiCenter® at Clackamas

Dermody is pleased to announce the acquisition and development of LogistiCenter® at Clackamas, in Clackamas, Oregon. This project marks the first industrial development over 100,000 square feet to be constructed in Clackamas in the past five years, and is slated for completion by the end of 2026.

The logistics facility will offer 248,532 SF of Class A industrial space that can be divided into smaller units to accommodate multiple customers. LogistiCenter® at Clackamas features a 36’ clear height, 52’ x 50’ column spacing, LED lights, full circulation and ample trailer parking. As a stand-alone building, it can also be fully fenced.
