Construction continues at LogistiCenter® at Clackamas, Dermody’s 248,532-square-foot logistics development in Clackamas County, Oregon. Tilt-up wall panels are now in place, marking a key construction milestone as the project moves toward its anticipated completion in late Q4 2026.
“With tilt-up panels now in place, we're on track to deliver a rare large-scale opportunity in the Clackamas submarket right as customers need it, without the multi-year wait ground-up construction usually requires,” said Ben Seeger, Northwest Region Partner at Dermody.
Once complete, LogistiCenter® at Clackamas will offer 248,532 square feet of Class A logistics space with 36-foot clear heights, 52-foot by 53-foot column spacing and ample dock-high loading. The property is located less than three miles from Interstate 205, with connectivity to Interstate 5, Downtown Portland, the City of Vancouver and the Ports of Vancouver and Portland.
LogistiCenter® at Clackamas will also provide prospective customers the benefit of being located in the Clackamas County Enterprise Zone, which offers significant potential tax incentives. Additional location highlights include a business-friendly environment with no business tax, license fee or sales tax and the ability to fence and secure the entire site.
The facility will be available for occupancy in late Q4 2026. Scott Murphy, Tom Talbot and John Hallman of Kidder Mathews are representing Dermody on this project.
