Dermody Announces Completion of Two Logistics Facilities in Irvine
Dermody has completed construction of LogistiCenter® at Irvine I and LogistiCenter® at Irvine II, two Class A logistics spaces strategically positioned within the highly desirable Irvine Spectrum submarket located off Alton Parkway and Muirlands Boulevard in Irvine, California.
Earlier this year, Dermody announced the lease of LogistiCenter® at Irvine II, a 91,600 square foot logistics facility, to a large automaker for its research and development efforts.
“Dermody is pleased to welcome our customer to LogistiCenter® at Irvine II, which is now fully completed,” said Matthew Mexia, Southern California Region Partner at Dermody. “Both LogistiCenter® at Irvine I and LogistiCenter® at Irvine II are strategically located to provide direct access to Irvine’s skilled workforce and direct connectivity to the 405, I-5, 133 and 241 freeways. We feel confident these properties will support customers with growing warehousing and distribution demands.”
Ross Bourne, Keith Black and Nick Spatafore of CBRE represented Dermody in leasing LogistiCenter® at Irvine II. Geoff Kreiss and Curtis Ellmore of JLL represented the customer.
LogistiCenter® at Irvine I is a 133,320 SF best-in-class logistics space, and is currently available for lease. The property is strategically located near major freeways and state routes, connecting the property to a network that provides seamless access to infrastructure that moves goods and materials. The property also offers a 10,000 SF office space with a ground floor and mezzanine, 36’ clear height and 15 dock-high doors.
