Dermody Properties Builds New Distribution Center
Dermody Properties was recently featured in an article on FreshPlaza.com about our partnership with Albert’s Organics. FreshPlaza.com is an independent news source for companies that operate in the global fruit and vegetable sector. We will be constructing a new distribution center for Albert’s in our LogistiCenter at Logan in South Jersey.
The new building at 1155 Commerce Blvd. in Logan, N.J., will total 70,000 square feet and be completed in April. The building will be constructed so that Albert’s has the ability to expand by another 25,000 square feet. The facility will replace another facility that Albert’s is using that is also located in Logan. Dermody Properties worked in partnership with Stonemont Financial Group who is funding the project.
