Elizabeth Teske Named a GlobeSt CRE 2021 Woman of Influence
Dermody Properties is pleased to share that Elizabeth Teske, Senior Vice President, Property Management, was selected as a 2021 Woman of Influence by GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum. Over 700 submissions were made for the program, and we are very proud of Liz for being selected as one of the finalists as she truly deserves the recognition.
Liz is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. She has demonstrated an incredibly high level of customer service and expertise throughout her career and is a pioneer in her industry, not only as a woman, but as a professional in a senior-level position within the industrial/logistics industry.
Liz joined the company in 2009 at the height of the Great Recession, where she worked tirelessly to retain and satisfy our customers. That experience set her up to succeed for a lifetime so when the pandemic changed our world, Liz was ready for it. Her life skills, integrity, dedication, long-standing relationships and professionalism are exactly why she is the most worthy recipient of this recognition.
Outside of her work with Dermody Properties, she is a leader of and contributor to the Northern Nevada chapter of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) network. In 2019, when the Northern Nevada chapter of NAIOP was awarded Chapter of the Year in the Small Chapter category, Liz was the chapter’s president.
