Elizabeth Teske is the Senior Vice President of Property Management at Dermody Properties, where she is responsible for overseeing both indirect and direct property management activities across the country. Ms. Teske joined Dermody Properties in 2009 as Director of Property Management.
Ms. Teske is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a licensed real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Prior to joining Dermody Properties, she worked as the Director of Property Management for CBRE where she was responsible for overseeing service delivery of over 15 million square feet of office, retail and industrial real estate properties in both Reno and Sacramento. She joined CBRE through the acquisition of Trammell Crow Company in 2006. With Trammell Crow, Ms. Teske was responsible for property management in the state of Nevada where she managed over 3.5 million square feet of ground-up development, assisted with over 12 million square feet of transitions, and provided construction management services for over $67 million in tenant and capital improvements.
Ms. Teske has worked with institutional investors, realty/pension fund advisors, private ownership entities, and many Fortune 500 tenants. Her notable client list includes AMB, Amazon, CM Capital, Granite REIT, ING Clarion, Intuit, Invesco, Kennedy & Associates, Kimberly Clark, Microsoft, PCCP, RREEF, UPS, USAA, Utah State Retirement Fund and Washington Capital.
Over the course of her extensive career, Ms. Teske has been recognized for her extraordinary achievements. She was named Property Manager of the Year in both 2007 and 2008, and IREM’s CPM of the Year in 2011. She was the recipient of the “Katie Morrison CREW Ambassador” award in 2013, and was given the 2008 Extra Mile Award at the industry’s annual Summit Awards. She has been recognized as a “Woman of Achievement,” and is a founding member of CREW of Northern Nevada, and served as Treasurer for that organization in 2008. Recipient of Real Estate Forum’s Southwest Women of Influence in 2015. NAIOP Chapter President of the Year Award in 2017 and she is currently a board member for NAIOP and an active member of the CREW of Northern Nevada and the Institute of Real Estate Managers (IREM).
