Dermody Properties Names New Northwest Region Partner

Dermody Properties has hired 30-year real estate veteran Phillip Wood as the company’s partner in the Northwest Region Office.

Wood will be responsible for all development, land and building acquisitions, build-to-suits, asset management and other projects in the northwestern U.S. Wood will manage the company’s Northwest Region Office, which is relocating to the greater Seattle area in Bellevue from the prior location in Portland.

Wood has extensive development experience, having developed more than three million square feet of office, industrial and business park space in the region. Most recently he served as Pacific Northwest Leader of the Project and Development Services division for JLL. Prior to joining JLL, Wood held senior positions at Trammell Crow Company and Bedford Property Investors.
