Dermody Properties Named Top Developer by Portland Business Journal

Dermody Properties was recently ranked one of the top commercial developers by the Portland Business Journal in their annual Book of Lists. We were also named one of the top commercial property management firms in Portland by the journal. Dermody Properties has developed a total of 369,884 square feet in Portland and more than 6.2 million nationwide. We currently manage one million square feet in the Portland metro area.
