Dermody Properties Leases Harrisburg Property to VetSource

PHILADELPHIA, Penn. – Dermody Properties, parent company of DP Partners, announced that VetSource, Inc., a company that offers reliable national home delivery of veterinary-approved animal health products, has leased 12,000 square feet of space in LogistiCourt at 7917 Derry Street in Harrisburg, Penn.

VetSource relocated to Derry Street from its current location in Middletown, Penn. The new facility will be home to the company’s East Coast wholesale distribution center.

The Dermody Properties team worked with VetSource throughout the transaction and included John Atwell, COO and Director of Development and, from DP’s Eastern Regional Office, Stephen G. Bailey, RLA, CCIM, Partner; Matthew Marshall, Associate Partner; and James V. Mascaro, CCIM, LEED-AP, Director of Development.

VetSource offers hundreds of products, approved by the customer’s own veterinarian, for home delivery, including quality prescription medications, flea, tick, and heartworm preventatives, chronic medications, specialty pharmaceuticals, and leading nutrition products.

This relocation enables us to work with increased efficiency while being cost-effective.”

VetSource joins Dermody Properties’ other customers in the building, including DHL, Total Mobility Services, Champion Window, Pyramid Construction Services Inc. and TransCore. LogistiCourt at Derry Street is located within ten miles of UPS’ Regional Hub, Norfolk Southern’s intermodal facilities and Harrisburg International Airport.
