Dermody Properties Hires New Property Administrator

CHICAGO, Ill. – Dermody Properties has hired Megan Rahn as property administrator for the Midwest Region Office, located in Des Plaines, Ill. Rahn brings extensive brokerage, property management, marketing and accounting experience to the Dermody Properties team.

Rahn is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Midwest Region Office, and supports its development, management and accounting efforts.

Rahn has directed the marketing efforts for more than one million square feet of industrial real estate. Prior to joining Dermody Properties, she served as director of support services for Champion Realty Advisors, LLC, where she managed the property marketing efforts for the company.
