Dermody Properties Hires Chelsea Masdon as Associate Investment Manager

We announced today that we have hired Chelsea Masdon as an Associate Investment Manager in our Southeast Region.

Masdon will be a key staff member to Greg Ryan, Partner in the Southeast Region, and will support the team’s investments and developments in the region. Masdon will use her extensive experience in marketing, database management and business administration to assist the Southeast Region team in its investment initiatives.

“I am excited to join the dynamic team at Dermody Properties,” Masdon said. “I look forward to working in this region to help launch investments in this rapidly expanding market.”

Before assuming the position of Associate Investment Manager, Masdon was Senior Client Services Specialist at Colliers International-Atlanta, where she assisted in the marketing and closing of more than $700 million in industrial properties. Prior to that, Masdon spent most of her career with Cushman & Wakefield in many leadership roles such as Senior Brokerage Coordinator and Senior Administrative Assistant.

Masdon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University with specialization in hospitality and event/meeting management. Masdon also currently holds a Georgia Real Estate License. “We are excited to welcome Chelsea to Dermody Properties,” said Ryan. “Her proven track record, skill set and attention to detail are a perfect match for our team. Chelsea is an ideal support system to expand our Southeast Region portfolio to new levels and to help us better serve our customers.”
