Dermody Properties aims to create a portfolio of institutional-quality, logistics-focused industrial assets in major industrial markets with strong underlying fundamentals. These include favorable supply-demand dynamics, high barriers to entry, above-average rent growth and institutional demand and liquidity. We have invested more than $3.9 billion in total capital across more than 89 million square feet of logistics properties nationally.
