The Dermody Properties Team

Kimberly Rossiter is the Director of Property Management at Dermody Properties where she oversees operations and property management activities across the Western United States.

Ms. Rossiter has more than 23 years of experience in the development industry working in both the public sector and private sector on projects throughout the Western United States and Canada. She has worked on a variety of projects from large highways to small tenant improvements.

Before joining Dermody Properties, Ms. Rossiter served as Marketing Manager for a multi-disciplinary engineering firm, Lumos & Associates (Lumos). Her role at Lumos included developing and managing all marketing strategies including proposal writing, website design, client e-blasts and newsletters, and client initiatives. Ms. Rossiter also served as Public Information Officer for Nevada Department of Transportation Projects, providing daily contact with stakeholders to coordinate and manage the impacts of construction activities.

Prior to joining Lumos, she worked as Senior Administrator for the Ledcor Group of Companies. While at Ledcor, Ms. Rossiter was responsible for providing project accounting and administrative support on commercial building, heavy civil, telecommunication, and mining projects throughout the Western United States and Canada. She was also was responsible for Ledcor’s business development efforts – communicating with owners, developers, and government agencies to solicit work to bid on by demonstrating Ledcor’s expertise, knowledge, and capabilities to perform the work.

Ms. Rossiter received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. She currently serves as a board member for CREW of Northern Nevada and is an active member of NAIOP. She also serves as a board member for the South Truckee Meadows/Washoe Valley Citizen Advisory Board.
