Jeremy Stilley is Senior Vice President of Development in the Nevada Region. Based in Las Vegas and overseeing both the Las Vegas region and the state of Nevada markets, he is responsible for providing due diligence, design, entitlement, budget and construction oversight for investment developments for lease and build-to-suit projects.
Before joining Dermody Properties in 2023, Mr. Stilley was a Senior Development Manager with Panattoni Development Company, where he was on a team responsible for 55 million square feet for national build-to-suit industrial clients, as well as national spec development projects. He led all aspects of the development process, including land acquisition, coordination with local jurisdictions, financial analysis, entitlements, hiring and management of design teams through to permit execution, due diligence and management of general contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
Prior to Panattoni Development Company, Mr. Stilley was a Project Manager with Martin Harris Construction where his oversight covered more than 10 million square feet of industrial warehouse, tenant improvements and build-to-suit. He participated in all aspects of pre-construction and procurement for all projects, including involvement with developers and potential tenants through to project delivery. In addition, he also served as a Senior Project Manager with The Augusta Group in Golden, CO.
Mr. Stilley began his career with Amazon Construction, where he served as a Senior Project Manager and completed LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified projects as well as projects with CCSD (Clark County School District), City of Las Vegas, City of Henderson, NV and Boulder City, NV. Throughout his career, spanning general contracting and development, he has successfully negotiated 65 million square feet of industrial development with a total value exceeding $3 billion.
Mr. Stilley has an extensive background in National General Contracting with National Commercial Land Development and his affiliations include the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP), Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He also holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental science and a minor in business administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
