Eugene Preston Featured in Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal

One of our newest team members, Eugene Preston, was recently featured in the Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal. Preston is stationed in our East Region Office and directs our industrial development efforts in the markets of eastern Pennsylvania, southwestern New Jersey and Savannah, Georgia. He is also responsible for additional development in new markets throughout the eastern United States. Preston has extensive development, acquisition, underwriting and operations experience in the East Coast region. Most recently he was a principal with Woodmont Industrial Partner. Prior to his role at Woodmont, he held senior management positions with ProLogis, most recently as senior vice president in the Northeast Region, with Higgins Development Partners and also with the Rockefeller Group Development Corporation.
