Elizabeth Teske Recognized as a Woman of Influence by Real Estate Forum Magazine

The editors of Real Estate Forum Magazine have selected Elizabeth Teske as a Southwest Woman of Influence for her achievements in the industrial real estate industry as a standout performer.

Teske is Senior Vice President of Property Management at Dermody Properties, a national industrial real estate developer and operator. She is responsible for overseeing the company’s direct and indirect property management activities across the United States.

“I’m honored to be part of the team at Dermody Properties, and to help our customers on a day-to-day basis,” said Teske. “To be a successful property manager, you have to solve for every equation and stand behind your decisions. I get to work with incredibly talented people who are solution-oriented, and that allows me to be nimble in decision-making. I am fortunate to be in a collaborative work environment where we constantly strive to achieve the best results.”

Real Estate Forum has recognized this year’s Women of Influence for their exceptional track record or significant contribution. They seek women who have contributed to the industry at-large and have impacted their company’s overall success.

“Liz is incredibly talented and results-driven,” said Douglas A. Kiersey, Jr., President of Dermody Properties. “We constantly strive to serve our customers in the best way possible, and we are fortunate to have her on our team to help us do just that.”

Teske is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a licensed real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience. Teske is a board member for NAIOP, a member of the Institute of Real Estate Managers (IREM) and is a founding member of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) of Northern Nevada.
