Dermody Properties Announces New Leasing Activity at LogistiCenter® at Ontario Ranch in Southern California

Dermody Properties announced that LogistiCenter® at Ontario Ranch in Southern California’s Inland Empire has been fully leased to a Fortune 100 company. The state-of-the-art logistics facility encompasses more than one million square feet of space and is situated on a 54-acre property.

“We are pleased that our LogistiCenter® at Ontario Ranch in the Inland Empire addressed our customer’s needs for an expansive, state-of-the-art logistics center,” said Matthew Mexia, Southern California Region Partner at Dermody Properties. “This Class-A facility was one of a few options available in arguably the nation’s most dynamic and in-demand logistics market.”

LogistiCenter® at Ontario Ranch totals 1,003,918 square feet and features a 42-foot clear height, allowing for approximately 17% greater building utilization compared to a 40-foot clear building. In addition, it features 196 dock-high doors, 410 car parking stalls, 357 trailer parking stalls, 185-foot truck courts, LED lighting and ESFR sprinklers.

The facility is located within a half mile of Interstate-15, 1.8 miles from Interstate-60, 4.4 miles from Ontario International Airport and 5.1 miles from Interstate-10. The ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach are 59 miles to the southwest.

Dermody Properties currently has five properties available in the Southern California region, offering more than 642,000 square feet of logistics space and three projects under construction. LogistiCenter® at Irvine I and  Irvine II are available for pre-leasing and will be available for occupancy in Q4 2024. Properties currently available for occupancy are 3120 E.
