Dermody Properties Announces Leasing Activity in Orange County

LogistiCenter® at Irvine II is an exceptional 91,600 square-foot logistics facility situated near a network of major freeways and state routes, including the thriving Santa Ana and San Diego freeways. The building features a 36’ clear height, 11 dock-high doors and a 4.4-acre lot size.
