Dermody is pleased to announce that PepsiCo (NASDAQ: PEP), has leased Building 10 at The Logistics Campus, a 351,520 square-foot build-to-suit logistics facility. The lease will commence in February of 2026.

“We welcome PepsiCo to The Logistics Campus,” said Neal Driscoll, Midwest Region Partner at Dermody. “This build-to-suit facility validates our strategy of delivering best-in-class logistics space that can serve the broad consumer demographic in Chicago. Positioned in one of Chicago’s most active submarkets, The Logistics Campus is well equipped to support PepsiCo’s growth and evolving logistics needs.”

The Logistics Campus is located at the intersection of I-294 and Willow Road in Glenview, Illinois. It is situated near a wide array of amenities, features Class A construction and design, and has immediate access to I-294. Site work for Building 10 is underway with delivery planned for the first quarter of 2026.

“The Logistics Campus is a strong example of Dermody’s commitment to sustainable, high-performance industrial development,” said Elizabeth Kauchak, Chief Operating Officer at Dermody. “Its strategic location, just minutes from O’Hare International Airport, along with access to a labor pool of more than 774,000 within a 10-mile radius, makes it a smart solution for companies looking to scale in the Midwest or establish a stronger regional footprint.”

The Logistics Campus is a master-planned, 10-building logistics campus totaling 3,238,548 square feet with flexibility to accommodate build-to-suits. Construction was recently completed on Phase 1 of The Logistics Campus, which consists of more than 1.2 million square feet spread out over five buildings with over two million square feet available for future phases.
