Article from Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal: Dermody Properties Announces LEED Silver Certification of Penn Jersey's Corporate HQ

Philadelphia, Penn. – Dermody Properties, parent company of DP Partners, has announced that the Penn Jersey (PJP) corporate headquarters and distribution center, completed in Philadelphia in April 2011, has achieved LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Silver Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). LEED Certification is awarded for buildings that are energy efficient and environmentally sustainable in design and operation.
