Dermody Properties Promotes Elizabeth Teske to Senior Vice President of Property Management

Dermody Properties recently announced the promotion of Elizabeth Teske to senior vice president of property management. Teske is responsible for overseeing the company’s direct and indirect property management activities across the United States.

As senior vice president she leads the company’s team of property management professionals, and develops initiatives to create value by delivering best-in-class service to Dermody’s customers and partners. 

“Elizabeth’s leadership at Dermody Properties and in her community has been and will continue to be an important asset to the company,” said Douglas A. Kiersey, Jr., president, Dermody Properties. “She has demonstrated an incredibly high level of customer service and expertise throughout her career, and we are confident that our property management team will continue to thrive under her leadership.”

Teske is based in the Dermody Properties corporate headquarters, located in Reno, Nev., and joined the company in 2009 as director of property management. She has worked with institutional investors, realty/pension fund advisors, private ownership entities and many Fortune 500 tenants. Prior to joining Dermody Properties, she served as the director of property management for CBRE.

Teske is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a licensed real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience. Teske is a board member for NAIOP, a member of the Institute of Real Estate Managers (IREM) and is a founding member of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) of Northern Nevada. She was the recipient of the “Katie Morrison CREW Ambassador” award in 2013 and the recipient of the 2008 Extra Mile Award at the industry’s annual Summit Awards.
