The Dermody Properties Team

Taylor Ruepp is an Executive Assistant/Foundation Administrator at Dermody Properties and works closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Capital Officer, Chief Investment Officer, Southwest Region Partner and the national accounts team.

Mrs. Ruepp assists with development and acquisition projects and is involved in marketing for the company’s investments throughout the Southwest Region. She also provides administrative support to the corporate office executives and national accounts team as well as is the Dermody Properties Foundation Administrator. She is a member of the firm’s ESG working group which publishes an annual ESG report and develops a road map for ESG areas of focus annually. Mrs. Ruepp joined the company in July 2019 and is based at the company’s headquarters in Reno, Nevada.

Before joining Dermody Properties, Mrs. Ruepp was the Executive Assistant for Montreux Development Group where she gained valuable experience in real estate and land development. Prior to that, she worked as the Marketing Director at both Toiyabe Golf Club and Montreux Golf & Country Club.

Mrs. Ruepp earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) in 2005. She is a fourth-generation Nevadan and enjoys volunteering in the Reno community and spending time enjoying the outdoors with her friends, family and three daughters.
