Shelagh Danna is Senior Vice President of Investments for Dermody.  Ms. Danna is responsible for the management of acquisitions, leasing and development of industrial product across all Northern California markets including the Central Valley.

Ms. Danna previously held the position of Vice President and Senior Investment Manager at Dermody, managing investments in Nevada and California.

Throughout her career, Ms. Danna has been involved in the development of more than 20 million square feet of Class A industrial real estate and in the management or re-development of more than 50 million square feet of industrial and commercial facilities. Awards for projects under her management include NAIOP Industrial Lease of the Year and SIOR Top Industrial Transaction.

Prior to joining Dermody, Ms. Danna served as an Investment and Development Associate at KTR Capital Partners in Los Angeles, where she played an integral role in shaping the firm’s Western U.S. strategy. Her work spanned entitlements and project management within the development group, as well as acquisition and disposition activity across all major markets in the Western United States.

Ms. Danna received her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from California State University, Long Beach. She is a member of NAIOP (National Association for Industrial and Office Parks) and CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Network.
