The Dermody Team

Shelagh Danna is Vice President of Investments for Dermody. Ms. Danna is responsible for management of acquisitions and development of industrial product across all Northern California markets including the Central Valley. She is based in the company’s headquarters office located in Reno, Nevada.

Ms. Danna previously held the position of Senior Investment Manager at Dermody, managing investments in Nevada and California.

Throughout her career, Ms. Danna has been involved in the development of more than 10 million square feet of Class A industrial real estate and in the management or re-development of more than 50 million square feet of industrial and commercial facilities.

Prior to joining Dermody, Ms. Danna held the position of Investment and Development Associate with KTR Capital Partners in Los Angeles. Her responsibilities included entitlements and project management with the development team and acquisition and disposition projects across all major markets in the Western United States.

Ms. Danna received her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from California State University, Long Beach. She is a member of NAIOP (National Association for Industrial and Office Parks) and CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Network.
