The Dermody Team

Sean Steidler is Vice President, Capital Deployment at Dermody and is responsible for financial underwriting of assets and performing due diligence.

Prior to joining Dermody, Mr. Steidler worked with Duke Realty for 16 years and held several roles including Senior Analyst, Financial Analysis Manager and, most recently, Assistant Vice President. In his most recent role, he was responsible for analyzing and reviewing complex financial and business-related transactions and underwriting new developments, acquisitions, and dispositions.

While at Duke Realty, Mr. Steidler was also a member of the company’s CLIMB (Create, Lead, Inspire, Motivate, Build) Program.

Mr. Steidler holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
