The Dermody Team

Ryan Sikorski is a Senior Vice President at Dermody. He is based in the Chicago office with a focus on the sourcing and management of logistics real estate development and acquisition opportunities in the Midwest and Southwest regions for the firm.

Since joining Dermody in 2021, he has been directly involved with nearly $1 billion in total transaction volume across land and building acquisitions, speculative and build-to-suit development and property dispositions.

Prior to joining Dermody, Mr. Sikorski spent eight years at GLP and its predecessor, IndCor Properties. His primary focus was the acquisition and development of industrial properties in key logistics markets across the country. As part of the U.S. investments team, he was responsible for the sourcing, underwriting and execution of more than $2 billion and 25 million square feet of acquisition, development and disposition activity on behalf of the firm’s core-plus and value-add private equity fund vehicles.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Sikorski worked at Ernst & Young, where he provided financial assurance services to clients across the manufacturing, distribution and financial services industries.

Mr. Sikorski is an active member of NAIOP and previously served on the NAIOP Chicago Chapter’s Developing Leaders Board. He is also a member of the NAIOP National Industrial Perspectives 5 Forum. Mr. Sikorski holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science degree in accounting from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University, where he has served as an External Advisory Board Member.
