The Dermody Team

Rich Modliszewski is the Senior Vice President – Strategic Investments for Dermody and is responsible for the company’s strategy and execution of data center projects across the United States.

Mr. Modliszewski was previously a Senior Infrastructure Development Manager for AWS, leading a team of eight professionals, responsible for site acquisition in the Eastern half of the US.  In this capacity, Rich was responsible for strategy, entitlements, offsite infrastructure development and acquisitions.

Prior to his time at Amazon, Mr. Modliszewski led the New England data center practice for CBRE and was responsible for business development at CoreSite Realty Corporation.

Mr. Modliszewski holds a bachelor’s degree in managerial economics from Union College in Schenectady, NY.  He has also been an active participant in national data center associations as well as not-for-profit advisory boards.
