The Dermody Properties Team

Phillip Wood is the Northwest Regional Partner at Dermody Properties and is responsible for developments, land and building acquisitions, build-to-suits and asset management in the northwestern United States.

With 35 years of industrial real estate experience, Mr. Wood has developed more than 5 million square feet of office, industrial and business park space, and directed over $1 billion in projects. He has also developed, entitled and sold more than 600 acres of land across the Pacific Northwest.

Prior to joining Dermody Properties, Mr. Wood served as Pacific Northwest Leader for JLL’s Project and Development Services division. During his tenure at JLL, he led a team of 14 and was tasked with providing project management and development services to corporate users, REITs and retailers. He also served as Principal for Trammell Crow Company for eight years where he provided investment and development services for institutional investors and corporate owners. While at Trammell Crow Company, Mr. Wood worked with corporate powerhouses including Adobe, Boeing, Microsoft, ING and Group Health.

Mr. Wood graduated from California State University with a Bachelor of Science in finance. He is a member of NAIOP.
