The Dermody Team

Pearce Dermody is a Senior Vice President at Dermody based at the company’s headquarters located in Reno, NV. Together with the Nevada Partner, Mr. Dermody provides management and oversight on Nevada’s +/-8 million square foot portfolio as well as handles sourcing, development, dispositions, marketing, leasing, and the acquisition pipeline within the state, primarily focused on Reno/Sparks and Southern Nevada.

Prior to joining Dermody, he was employed at Atalyst Financial Group ultimately as a vice president responsible for sourcing and analyzing +/-$900 million of debt and equity placement, multiple acquisitions and developments for master planned communities, and land transactions.

Mr. Dermody has also held positions in mixed use, multifamily, and single family residential development spaces. He holds a master’s in real estate from Georgetown University.
