Pam Gonzalez serves as Director of Property Management for Southern California at Dermody, bringing over 12 years of experience in managing Class A office spaces, medical office buildings, and multi-building commercial campuses.

Before joining Dermody, Ms. Gonzalez held key property and portfolio management roles at California Commercial Real Estate Services, SENTRE, Inc., and Ocean West Management Services, where she oversaw more than 1.4 million square feet of commercial real estate.

Throughout her career, Ms. Gonzalez has led numerous large-scale capital improvement projects that have enhanced asset value, tenant experience, and long-term property performance. Notably, she played a pivotal role in achieving LEED Platinum certification for a major Class A commercial building by implementing sustainable and innovative operational practices.

Ms. Gonzalez is known for her proactive approach to service and commitment to operational efficiency, consistently driving improvements in tenant satisfaction and retention. Her expertise spans budgeting, financial reporting, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance, and she is highly skilled in industry-standard property management platforms.

Ms. Gonzalez holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Management and Operations & Supply Chain Management from California State University, Long Beach.  Pam is a Certified Property Manager (CPM^®) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and holds a California Real Estate License.
