The Dermody Properties Team

Nicole Howard is Vice President for Dermody Properties’ East Region office. She supports all acquisition, development, leasing, marketing and property management efforts in the region. Ms. Howard brings years of experience in asset management, financial analysis, and reporting experience from the commercial real estate and financial industries.

Prior to joining Dermody Properties, Ms. Howard held management and analyst positions at JP Morgan Chase, GMAC Commercial Mortgage, and Merrill Lynch. In each position, she was responsible for analyzing data sets, coordinating due diligence, developing trading documents and financial statements, as well as working with rating agencies and auditors.

Ms. Howard graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance. She also holds a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate degree from Georgetown University.
