The Dermody Team

Michael Pesenti is a Vice President of Capital Deployment at Dermody. Mr. Pesenti supports the East and Southwest regions with underwriting acquisition and development assets and executing due diligence.

Prior to joining Dermody, Mr. Pesenti was a Senior Consultant at Altus Group, where he advised institutional real estate investors on valuation, appraisal review and portfolio analysis assignments across multiple asset classes and U.S. markets. His experience includes supporting open-ended funds and non-traded REITs through financial analysis and valuation review.

Mr. Pesenti holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Analytics from Rutgers University.
