Matt Bazarevitsch is a Vice President of Capital Deployment at Dermody. He supports the Southern California and Northwest Regions with underwriting acquisition and development assets and executing due diligence.

Prior to joining Dermody, Mr. Bazarevitsch was the Senior Analyst on the CBRE National Partners team for the West Coast, where he specialized in industrial capital markets and oversaw deal flow analysis from pursuit stage through close of escrow. His responsibilities included cash flow modeling, lease review and abstraction, mentoring and auditing junior analysts, and the preparation of pitch books and offering memorandums for institutional clients.

Mr. Bazarevitsch holds a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Arizona State University, where he minored in Real Estate and competed as an NCAA Division I Football player.
