Mary Tortorici is Senior Vice President of Property Management at Dermody and is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day management of the company’s properties and customers in the Midwest, East and Southeast Regions. She works closely with the Chief Operating Officer and the Senior Vice President of Property Management.

Ms. Tortorici was previously Senior Property Manager with Liberty Property Trust. During her career with Liberty, she was responsible for the overall operations and financial success of 8 million square feet of industrial properties in the Chicago area suburbs. During her tenure at Liberty, she successfully managed all capital and tenant improvements. Her extensive experience has allowed her to develop and maintain positive, productive and professional relationships with tenants and is consistently committed to the highest customer service level and exceeding tenants’ expectations.

Prior to her time at Liberty, Ms. Tortorici was Real Estate Manager at CBRE, Inc. managing all aspects of an industrial portfolio for multiple clients.

Ms. Tortorici is a member of BOMA/Suburban Chicago and holds her Illinois Real Estate Broker license.
