The Dermody Properties Team

Mackenzie Trist is Director of Property Management at Dermody Properties where she oversees the company’s assets located in the Northwest Region of the United States as well as the facilities throughout the country that are leased to Amazon. She works closely with the Senior Vice Presidents of Property Management and the Executive Vice President of Asset Management and National Leasing. She joined the company in 2017 and is based at its headquarters located in Reno, Nevada.

Ms. Trist previously held the position of Investment Associate where she supported the Northwest Region Partner in all development, acquisition, leasing, marketing, and property management efforts in the Northwest Region. During her time in the Bellevue, Washington office, she was involved in the management or development of more than three million square feet of industrial real estate.

Before joining Dermody Properties, Ms. Trist was the Executive Assistant to a broker at Dickson Realty where she gained valuable experience in residential and commercial real estate.

Ms. Trist earned both a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Nevada, Reno.
