The Dermody Team

Katie Stanley is a Vice President of Capital Deployment at Dermody. She supports the Nevada, Northwest and Southwest Regions with underwriting acquisition and development assets and executing due diligence.

Prior to joining Dermody, Ms. Stanley was the Finance & Treasury Manager at Greater Nevada Credit Union, where she was responsible for creating cash flow models, quarterly financial reporting processes, and preparing loan yield and risk analyses.

Ms. Stanley obtained her CPA license and started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in the Audit and Assurance practice.

Ms. Stanley holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
