The Dermody Team

Jason R. Wong is Senior Vice President of Development and is responsible for working with the Chief Investment Officer to oversee all acquisition activities for Dermody, including underwriting and due diligence.

Prior to joining Dermody, Mr. Wong was Principal at Eight Atlas Group, LLC, a consulting firm. He was responsible for working with clients on commercial real estate development modeling and acquisition projects.

Mr. Wong has also worked for more than six years at Prologis, where he worked on acquisitions and dispositions. He was also responsible for handling all 1031 like-kind exchanges as well as ensuring acquisition and disposition process conformed to company compliance requirements.

Mr. Wong holds a Masters in Business Administration from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in business from the University of Southern California.
