The Dermody Team

Jamie K. Nelson is the Assistant Director of Asset and Project Management at Dermody. In this role, Ms. Nelson ensures that all developments and acquisitions are properly administered to meet the needs of investors. She works closely with the Development & Acquisitions Team that is based across the United States.

Ms. Nelson has worked in many facets of commercial real estate for the last 24 years. Prior to joining Dermody, she was a Commercial Property Manager at Logic Commercial Real Estate where she managed tenant and building improvements, budgets and CAM reconciliations, contracting and regular maintenance, and capital projects by vendors. Prior to that, Ms. Nelson was Commercial Lines Account Manager at Comstock Insurance Agencies and Commercial Property Manager at Nevada Commercial Services (NCS).

Ms. Nelson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from the University of Phoenix, is a Certified Property Manager (CPM^®) and holds a Nevada Broker-Salesperson Real Estate license.  Starting in 2024, Ms. Nelson serves on the Board of Directors for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Northern Nevada.
