Heath E. Bynum is Senior Vice President of Finance at Dermody and is responsible for financial underwriting for acquisition and development assets, debt portfolio reporting and maintenance and investor reporting.

Mr. Bynum’s twenty year career in real estate includes resort development with Intrawest Corporation, Class A commercial real estate investment and management with Basin Street Properties and residential development with Fitch and Cook Communities.

Mr. Bynum holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Southern Utah University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Nevada Reno.
