The Dermody Properties Team

Eric Hendrickson is Vice President of Development in the Southeast Region. Based in Atlanta, he is responsible for providing due diligence, design, budget and construction oversight for acquisitions, redevelopment, speculative development and build-to-suit projects.

Prior to joining the Dermody Properties team in 2022, Mr. Hendrickson served as Director of Preconstruction at Duke Realty. While at Duke Realty, Mr. Hendrickson was a part of approximately 7.5 million square feet of industrial property development.

Beyond his role at Duke Realty, Mr. Hendrickson has 20+ years of experience designing and developing an array of projects ranging from municipal facilities, including schools and libraries, to medical office buildings, telecommunications and utility facilities. Throughout his career, Mr. Hendrickson has been integral in ensuring the on-time and on-budget delivery of all projects.

Mr. Hendrickson holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Clemson University.
