David Jennings is Senior Vice President of Development in the East Region. Based in New Jersey and overseeing the New Jersey and Pennsylvania markets, he is responsible for providing due diligence, design, entitlement, budget and construction oversight for both investment developments for lease and build-to-suit projects.

Mr. Jennings began his career at Duke Realty, where he served in various roles over 18 years. Prior to joining Dermody in 2022, Mr. Jennings was Senior Vice President of Construction in Duke Realty’s Northeast Region, where he was responsible for all construction activity in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, including oversight of pre-construction, project managers, superintendents and field engineers.

Mr. Jennings holds a Bachelor of Science degree in construction engineering and management from Purdue University and is a licensed professional engineer.  He is also a LEED^® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Building Design & Construction Accredited Professional.
