Danielle Rice is a Vice President of Capital Deployment at Dermody. Ms. Rice supports the Midwest and Southwest regions with underwriting acquisition and development assets and executing due diligence.

Prior to joining Dermody, Ms. Rice served as a Senior Analyst on the JLL Capital Markets team specializing in student housing investment sales encompassing land, individual assets, and portfolios as well as raising LP & GP equity for ground-up developments. Prior to JLL, Ms. Rice worked as a Financial Analyst on the South-Central Industrial team for CBRE National Partners.

Prior to her real estate career, Ms. Rice played professional soccer in the U.S. (NWSL) & Sweden (Damallsvenskan). A four-year NCAA Division I soccer player, Ms. Rice holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Texas A&M University.
