The Dermody Team

Chris Brown is a Senior Vice President at Dermody and is based in Atlanta. He is responsible for supporting the Southeast team in the sourcing, execution and operations of new investments throughout the region.  Additionally, Mr. Brown is an important member of the leasing, management and asset management team for existing assets in the region.

Prior to joining Dermody in 2025, Mr. Brown was previously Partner for Constellation Real Estate Partners, where he was responsible for investment opportunities in the Southeast.  Prior to Constellation, Mr. Brown spent 26 years at Duke Realty where he performed numerous roles including leasing, development, acquisitions, dispositions, and financial analysis.  At the end of his Duke Realty tenure, he was Regional President of the South and Central regions in charge of a 40+ person team executing the leasing, development, and property management functions in 10 markets.

Mr. Brown holds a B.B.A. from the College of William and Mary and began his career as a CPA in the tax and real estate advisory groups at Arthur Andersen.
